Wobli is operated by crashsoftwares.com (Crash Softwares). You can play without an account, advertisements, or tracking analytics. This notice explains the data used by this version.

Progress stays on your device

Level unlocks, best times, theme, volume, and motion preferences are stored in browser local storage. These records are not sent to our server. Clear them in Settings → Reset progress, or clear this site's browser data. Clearing browser data also removes preferences and offline files. There is no cloud sync.

Offline files

A service worker caches game files, fonts, and legal pages for offline play after a successful online visit. The cache does not store feedback submissions. Remove the installed app and clear website data to remove cached files. Installation and fullscreen availability depend on your browser.

Feedback and bug reports

When you choose to send a report, we receive its type, title, message, a random reference ID, and submission time. An email address is optional and is used only to reply or follow up. If you separately opt in to diagnostics, the report includes browser information, viewport size, level, and game version. We do not collect screenshots, contact lists, or location.

We process support messages with your agreement to respond, investigate bugs, and improve Wobli. Reports are stored in Cloudflare D1 with access restricted to the operator's account. Reports are deleted after 180 days at the next daily cleanup. Infrastructure backups may take additional time to expire under the provider's retention practices. Do not include sensitive information.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare delivers the game and processes ordinary connection data, which can include an IP address, request time, browser headers, and security logs. A temporary IP-based rate limit protects the report form. Our report database does not store your IP address. Hosting and support data may be processed outside your country under the provider's terms. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

No third-party font or music requests

Fonts are served with the game. Ambient music and effects are generated on your device after an interaction. The game asks for no camera, microphone, or location access. Links to email, Crash Softwares, or external sites open services governed by their own policies.

Your choices and requests

Skip the support form if you do not want to send a message. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for a report by emailing support@crashsoftwares.com with its reference. If you submitted anonymously and lost the reference, we may be unable to identify it. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed.

Children and updates

No personal information is required to play. If you are under 13, or below your local age for consenting to data processing, ask a parent or guardian to contact support for you. We do not intentionally solicit children's personal information. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in its date.
